Classes
Pilates work requires a skilled and committed teacher. It
is also essential that classes are small, allowing the
teacher to provide individual focus, care and attention
for every pupil. Matwork Classes seldom exceed eight participants.
Pupils must inform the teacher of any physical conditions
or issues which may be relevant, prior to commencing a
course.
Personal Tuition
Personal tuition can be valuable in dealing with a specific
problem or issue, in preparation to join a general class
or as support for practice at home. These sessions are
intended for one pupil but can be shared by two people
subject to suitability and approval.
